The Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) of the City of Titusville, Florida met in regular session in City Hall Council Chamber located at 555 South Washington Avenue on Wednesday October 19, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.

Chairwoman Speidel called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Present were Vice Chairman Richardson, Secretary Grant, Member Perez, Member Rice, Member Aton, Member Riley, Alternate Member Fayson and School Bd Member Gilbert. Alternate Member Childs was absent. Also, in attendance were Senior Planner Eddy Galindo, Assistant City Attorney Chelsea Farrell, and Recording Secretary Wendy Van Cott.

Secretary Grant made a motion to approve the minutes from the October 5, 2022 meeting. Vice Chairman Richardson seconded. There was a unanimous voice vote in favor.

Brookshire- Partial Re-Plat

Mr. Galindo gave an overview of this item.

Melisa Henry of 184 Ibis Road, Longwood, Florida came to speak in favor of this item.

Discussion took place amongst the Planning and Zoning Commission members and staff.

Vice Chairman Richardson made a motion to approve Brookshire- Partial Re-Plat as presented. Member Aton seconded.
