The Historic Preservation Board (HPB) of the City of Titusville, Florida met in regular session at City Hall in the Council Chamber, located at 555 South Washington Avenue on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.

Chairman Kiesel called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. Present were Vice Chairman Petyk, Secretary Adams, Member Jonas, Member Shifalo, Member Gaetjens, Member Foster and Alternate Member Davis. Alternate Member Crofton was absent. Also attending was Redevelopment Planner Tim Ford and Recording Secretary Laurie Dargie.

Member Foster motioned to approve the minutes from the March 6, 2023 meeting. Member Jonas seconded. There was a unanimous voice vote in favor.
Vice Chairman Petyk motioned to approve the minutes from the March 20, 2023 meeting with a correction. Member Foster seconded. There was a unanimous voice vote in favor.

Historic Preservation Board annual workshop
Discussion took place amongst the Historic Preservation Board members. The following items were discussed:
- Change workshop end time to 8:00pm
- Letters to be mailed by April 18, 2023
- 15 minute break for refreshments

Mr. Ford said that the proclamation for Historic Preservation will be read at the City Council meeting on April 25, 2023 at 5:30pm.

Mr. Ford went over the staff report items.
- Oliver’s Camp House
- 4050 Coquina Avenue
- Architectural Style & Design Guidelines Project update
- Historic Preservation Board budget
Mr. Ford asked if the Historic Preservation Board members had any feedback for pursing a grant for the 2025 project year. Chairman Kiesel asked that the Historic Preservation Board members think about this and be ready for discussion at the May 1, 2023 Historic Preservation Board meeting.
Member Foster gave an updated regarding the Oliver Camp house.
