Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the Community Redevelopment Agency with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

The City desires to accommodate persons with disabilities. Accordingly, any physically handicapped person, pursuant to Chapter 286.26 Florida Statutes, should, at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, submit a written request to the chairperson that the physically handicapped person desires to attend the meeting.

A.          FY 2024 CRA Budget

It is requested the CRA approve the FY 2024 budget and Resolution No. 22-2023 to transmit the budget to the City Council for adoption on September 21, 2023 as part of the City's adopted budget.

B.         Commercial Interior Renovation Grant for Property Located at 425 Garden Street

Approve the award of a Commercial Interior Renovation Grant in the amount of $18,811.50 to Pat Maggio for property located at 425 Garden Street.
