Selection Process

Titusville Fire Rescue reviews all applications for overall qualifications, relevant training, and experience. 

Qualified applicants are notified via phone and email with an invitation to participate in a pre-employment screening process which includes a panel interview, and post-offer pre-employment medical exam, drug test and a background investigation.
